Discovery Call
Fill out the contact form to book a call and we’ll talk through ideas and discover what you’re looking to accomplish. We’ll decide on a custom brand package that matches your budget, followed by the necessary onboarding documents to get started.
Planning Call
Once the project and terms are agreed on, we start the pre-production process and work on creating a shot list that will be referenced on the day of the photoshoot. The content of these pre-production tools will be based upon a questionnaire that goes more into detail about your hotel.
Deliverables
After the day of the photoshoot, Brian Brown Film provides you photo proofs through an online gallery so that you can choose which images you’d like to receive. Within 2-7 days, you’ll receive the completed edits from the shoot.

Hotel Photography Pricing
Hotel photography pricing for boutique and luxury properties will depend on a number of different factors, including:
How many rooms and locations in your property need to be photographed?
Do you want to hire on-camera talent for the photoshoot?
What photo licensing and usage fees are you requesting for the photoshoot (duration of license, where will the photos be published, etc.)
Is it a local boutique hotel or a large chain hotel?
